Linus Walleij	e24e4498cb	ARM: 7036/1: mach-ks8695: break out GPIO driver specifics ... The <mach/gpio.h> file is included from upper directories and deal with generic GPIO and gpiolib stuff. Break out the platform and driver specific defines and functions into its own header file. Linus Walleij	db23c7332b	ARM: 7035/1: mach-ks8695: move GPIO driver to GPIO subsystem ... As per example from the other ARM boards, push the KS8695 GPIO driver down to the GPIO subsystem so it can be consolidated.
