b632a30e8b ARM: remove unused arch_decomp_wdog() 
With ARCH_HAS_DECOMP_WDOG removed from arch/arm/boot/compressed/decompress.c,
all the arch_decomp_wdog() definition at platform level is unneeded.
Remmove it.

eab184c236 [ARM] 5363/1: Shark cleanup and new defconfig 
This includes a new defconfig for the Shark and some changes to
the mach-shark directory to avoid namespace pollution and to
switch the rtc to the newer driver.
