prism54: Replace zero-length array with flexible-array
The current codebase makes use of the zero-length array language
extension to the C90 standard, but the preferred mechanism to declare
variable-length types such as these ones is a flexible array member[1][2],
introduced in C99:

struct boo array[];
};
By making use of the mechanism above, we will get a compiler warning
in case the flexible array does not occur last in the structure, which
will help us prevent some kind of undefined behavior bugs from being
inadvertently introduced[3] to the codebase from now on.
Also, notice that, dynamic memory allocations won't be affected by
this change:
"Flexible array members have incomplete type, and so the sizeof operator
may not be applied. As a quirk of the original implementation of
zero-length arrays, sizeof evaluates to zero."[1]
sizeof(flexible-array-member) triggers a warning because flexible array
members have incomplete type[1]. There are some instances of code in
which the sizeof operator is being incorrectly/erroneously applied to
zero-length arrays and the result is zero. Such instances may be hiding
some bugs. So, this work (flexible-array member conversions) will also
help to get completely rid of those sorts of issues.
This issue was found with the help of Coccinelle.

prism54: Use scnprintf() for avoiding potential buffer overflow
Since snprintf() returns the would-be-output size instead of the actual output size, the succeeding calls may go beyond the given buffer limit. Fix it by replacing with scnprintf(). netdev: pass the stuck queue to the timeout handler
This allows incrementing the correct timeout statistic without any mess.
Down the road, devices can learn to reset just the specific queue.

The kzalloc() function has a 2-factor argument form, kcalloc(). This
patch replaces cases of:
kzalloc(a * b, gfp)
with:
kcalloc(a * b, gfp)
as well as handling cases of:
kzalloc(a * b * c, gfp)
with:
kzalloc(array3_size(a, b, c), gfp)
as it's slightly less ugly than:
kzalloc_array(array_size(a, b), c, gfp)
This does, however, attempt to ignore constant size factors like:
kzalloc(4 * 1024, gfp)
though any constants defined via macros get caught up in the conversion.
Any factors with a sizeof() of "unsigned char", "char", and "u8" were
dropped, since they're redundant.

It seems like a historic accident that these return unsigned char *,
and in many places that means casts are required, more often than not.
Make these functions return void * and remove all the casts across

net: deprecate eth_change_mtu, remove usage
With centralized MTU checking, there's nothing productive done by eth_change_mtu that isn't already done in dev_set_mtu, so mark it as deprecated and remove all usage of it in the kernel. All callers have been audited for calls to alloc_etherdev* or ether_setup directly, which means they all have a valid dev->min_mtu and dev->max_mtu. Now eth_change_mtu prints out a netdev_warn about being deprecated, for the benefit of out-of-tree drivers that might be utilizing it. Of note, dvb_net.c actually had dev->mtu = 4096, while using eth_change_mtu, meaning that if you ever tried changing it's mtu, you couldn't set it above 1500 anymore. prism54: isl_38xx: Replace 'struct timeval'
'struct timeval' uses a 32-bit seconds field which will overflow in year 2038 and beyond. This patch is part of a larger effort to remove all instances of 'struct timeval' from the kernel and replace them with 64-bit timekeeping variables. The patch also fixes the debug printf specifier to avoid the seconds value being truncated. The patch was build-tested / debugged by removing the "if VERBOSE > SHOW_ERROR_MESSAGES" guards. This code was supposed to trigger a BUG() if we truncate the output but it's off by one so it allows one character to be truncated. Really drivers shouldn't call BUG_ON() and especially for something minor like this so I've changed it to a WARN_ON().
