7f9e77545b drm/i915: enable dp mst audio
This patch adds support for DP MST audio in i915.

Enable audio codec when DP MST is enabled if has_audio flag is set.
Disable audio codec when DP MST is disabled if has_audio flag is set.

Another separated patches to support DP MST audio will be implemented
in audio driver.

This patch is ported from
commit 3708d5e082 ("drm/i915: start adding dp mst audio")

And because commit 3708d5e082 ("drm/i915: start adding dp mst audio")
breaks MST multi-monitor setups on some platforms, the orignal patch is
reverted by
commit be754b101f ("Revert "drm/i915: start adding dp mst audio"")

As the multi-monitor setups issue is fixed, let's port the patch and
enable the dp mst audio.

ba9f93f82a rtlwifi: Fix enter/exit power_save
In commit a5ffbe0a19 ("rtlwifi: Fix scheduling while atomic bug") and
commit a269913c52 ("rtlwifi: Rework rtl_lps_leave() and rtl_lps_enter()
to use work queue"), an error was introduced in the power-save routines
due to the fact that leaving PS was delayed by the use of a work queue.

This problem is fixed by detecting if the enter or leave routines are
in interrupt mode. If so, the workqueue is used to place the request.
If in normal mode, the enter or leave routines are called directly.

22dde1ed5a mwifiex: pcie: implement timeout loop for FW programming doorbell
Marvell Wifi PCIe modules don't always behave nicely for PCIe power
management when their firmware hasn't been loaded, particularly after
suspending the PCIe link one or more times. When this happens, we might
end up spinning forever in this status-polling tight loop. Let's make
this less tight by adding a timeout and by sleeping a bit in between
reads, as we do with the other similar loops.

This prevents us from hogging a CPU even in such pathological cases, and
allows the FW initialization to just fail gracefully instead.

I chose the same polling parameters as the earlier loop in this
function, and empirically, I found that this loop never makes it more
than about 12 cycles in a sane FW init sequence. I had no official
information on the actual intended latency for this portion of the
download.

Add a new API to libbpf, caller is able to get bpf_map through the
offset of bpf_map_def to 'maps' section.

The API will be used to help jitted perf hook code find fd of a map.

abac4c8973 kbuild: minor improvement for thin archives build
The root built-in.o archive is currently generated before all object
files are built for the final link, due to final build of init/ after
version update. In practice it seems like it doesn't matter because
the archive symbol table does not change, but it is more logical to
create the final archive as the last step.

d8c1eb86e9 kbuild: modpost warn if export version crc is missing
This catches the failing ceph CRC on with:

    LD vmlinux.o
    MODPOST vmlinux.o
WARNING: EXPORT symbol "ceph_monc_do_statfs" [vmlinux] version
generation failed, symbol will not be versioned.

When the modules referring to exported symbols are built, there is an
existing warning for missing CRC, but it's not always the case such
any such module will be built, and in any case it is useful to get a
warning at the source.

This gets a little verbose with CONFIG_DEBUG_SECTION_MISMATCH,
producing a warning with each object linked, but I didn't think
that warranted extra complexity to avoid.

9da2f584b5 kbuild: improve linker compatibility with lib-ksyms.o build
lib-ksyms.o is created by linking an empty input file with a linker
script containing the interesting bits. Currently the empty input file
is an archive containing nothing, however this causes the gold linker
to segfault.

I have opened a bug against gold

  https://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=20767

However this can be worked around by assembling an empty file to link
with instead. The resulting lib-ksyms.o is slightly larger (seemingly
due to empty .text, .data, .bss setions added), but final linked
output should not be changed.

genksyms currently does not handle va_list. Add the __builtin_va_list

there is currently no bug in the end result.

7e2b37c971 kbuild: kallsyms allow 3-pass generation if symbols size has changed
kallsyms generation is not foolproof, due to some linkers adding
symbols (e.g., branch trampolines) when a binary size changes.
Have it attempt a 3rd pass automatically if the kallsyms size changes
in the 2nd pass.

This allows powerpc64 allyesconfig to build without adding another
pass when it's not required.

This can be solved other ways by directing the linker not to add labels
on branch stubs, or to move kallsyms near the end of the image. The
former is undesirable for debugging/tracing, and the latter is a more
significant change that requires more testing and review.

bcfdd5d510 drm/radeon: fix check for port PM availability
The ATPX method does not always exist on the dGPU, it may be located at

45d004f4af PCI: Update BARs using property bits appropriate for type
The BAR property bits (0-3 for memory BARs, 0-1 for I/O BARs) are supposed
to be read-only, but we do save them in res->flags and include them when
updating the BAR.

Mask the I/O property bits with ~PCI_BASE_ADDRESS_IO_MASK (0x3) instead of
PCI_REGION_FLAG_MASK (0xf) to make it obvious that we can't corrupt bits
2-3 of I/O addresses.

Use PCI_ROM_ADDRESS_MASK for ROM BARs. This means we'll only check the top
21 bits (instead of the 28 bits we used to check) of a ROM BAR to see if
the update was successful.
