There are currently no umc drivers implementing suspend/resume, so remove
the legacy suspend/resume support from the framework. If a umc driver ever
wants to implement suspend/resume they can use dev_pm_ops, which works out
of the box without any additional support necessary from the bus itself.

Use PCI standard marco dev_is_pci() instead of directly compare
pci_bus_type to check whether it is pci device.

Fix usage of device_trylock. It has the same semantics of mutex_trylock, so it
returns 1 if the lock has been acquired successfully.

Lots of files were getting an implicit include of module.h
for years now. But that will be fixed shortly. So get the
real users to call out the include explicitly.

If a radio controller reset attempt occurs while a probe() or remove()
is in progress it fails and is retried endlessly, potentially preventing
the probe() or remove() from completing.
If a reset fails, sleep for a bit before retrying the reset. This
allows the probe()/remove() to complete.

Use pre_reset and post_reset methods to avoid unbinding the radio
controller driver after a uwb_rc_reset_all() call. This avoids a
deadlock in uwb_rc_rm() when waiting for the uwb event thread to stop.
