'oldmant.m32[1]' is 'unsigned long' which can never be '< 0', and the
original author wanted to check whether the highest bit is set.
So make the bit test explicit (which is better than casting from 'unsigned
long' to 'long').
The related warning: (with EXTRA_CFLAGS=-W ARCH=m68k for allmodconfig)
arch/m68k/math-emu/fp_arith.c:522:4: warning: comparison of unsigned expression >= 0 is always true [-Wtype-limits]

"Whether" is misspelled in various comments across the tree; this
fixes them. No code changes.

It's been unused for ages, and contains bugs (e.g. incorrect shifts in
lsl64()).

- Replace external declarations by proper includes where availiable.
The accesses to some symbols had to be modified, as before they were
declared using e.g. "extern int _end", while asm-generic/sections.h uses
e.g. "extern char _end[]"
- Remove unused or superfluous external declarations

Too permissive constraint on mulu.l - the first argument should not be
an a-register. Fixed by replacing "g" with "dm"; with older gcc we got
lucky and it had never attempted mulu.l %a0, %d1:%d0. These days it
does, with predictable objections from as(1).

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
