Pull ARM DT updates from Arnd Bergmann:
"These are as usual a very large number of mostly boring updates to
enable devices in existing machines, or to fix minor bugs. Notably, an
ongoing treewide effort to fix warnings caused by an update to the
device tree compiler. These are enabled with "make W=1" at the moment
but can hopefully become the default once all issues have been
addressed.
No new SoC platform is added this time around (Armada 395 and Orion
mv88f5181 are slight variations of existing ones), but a significant
number of new dts files are added, which I list by platform:
- Allwinner: Empire Electronix M712 and iNet d978 Rev2 tablets,
Orange Pi PC Plus, Orange Pi 2, Orange Pi Plus 2E, Orange Pi Lite,
Olimex A33-Olinuxino, and Nano Pi Neo single-board computers

This patch moves all Armada 370/XP/38x/39x SPI controller nodes from the
'internal-regs' node down into the 'soc' node. This is in preparation
to enable the usage of the SPI direct access mode. A follow-up patch
will add the static MBus mappings for the SPI devices into the 'reg'
property of the SPI controller DT node.
By moving these SPI controller nodes, this patch also makes use of
the labels rather than keeping the tree structure.

Currently, the ports as seen from the rear number as:
eth0 sfp lan5 lan4 lan3 lan2 lan1 lan6
which is illogical - this came about because the rev 2.0 boards have the
LEDs on the front for the DSA switch (lan5-1) reversed. Rev 2.1 boards
fixed the LED issue, and the Clearfog case numbers the lan ports
increasing from left to right.
Maintaining this illogical numbering causes confusion, with reports that
"my link isn't coming up" and "my connection negotiates 10base-Half"
both of which are due to people thinking that the port next to the SFP
is lan1.
Fix this by renumbering the ports to match people's expectations.

Since mvneta driver supports using hardware buffer management (BM), in
order to use it, board files have to be adjusted accordingly. This commit
enables BM on:
* A385-DB-AP - each port has its own pool for long and common pool for
short packets,
* A388-ClearFog - same as above,
* A388-DB - to each port unique 'short' and 'long' pools are mapped,
* A388-GP - same as above.
Moreover appropriate entry is added to 'soc' node ranges, as well as "okay"
status for 'bm' and 'bm-bppi' (internal SRAM) nodes.

Add support for the SolidRun Armada 388 Clearfog A1 board. This board
has an Armada 388 microsom, dedicated gigabit ethernet, six switched
gigabit ethernet ports, SFP cage, two Mini-PCIe/mSATA slots, a m.2 SATA
slot, and a MikroBUS connector to allow MikroBUS modules to be added.
This DT file adds support for all board facilities with the exception
of full SFP support.
