6fd9c53f71 net: seeq: Convert timers to use timer_setup() 
In preparation for unconditionally passing the struct timer_list pointer to
all timer callbacks, switch to using the new timer_setup() and from_timer()
to pass the timer pointer explicitly.

9e13fbf7af seeq: Move the SEEQ drivers 
Move the drivers that use SEEQ chipset into drivers/net/ethernet/seeq
and make the necessary Kconfig and Makefile changes.
