SDEI inherits the 'use hvc' bit that is also used by PSCI. PSCI does all
its initialisation early, SDEI does its late.
Remove the __init annotation from acpi_psci_use_hvc().

- a PTI bugfix to avoid setting reserved CR3 bits when PCID is
disabled. This seems to cause issues on a virtual machine at least
and is incorrect according to the AMD manual.
- a PTI bugfix which disables the perf BTS facility if PTI is
enabled. The BTS AUX buffer is not globally visible and causes the
CPU to fault when the mapping disappears on switching CR3 to user
space. A full fix which restores BTS on PTI is non trivial and will
be worked on.
- PTI bugfixes for EFI and trusted boot which make sure that the user
space visible page table entries have the NX bit cleared
- removal of dead code in the PTI pagetable setup functions
- add PTI documentation
- add a selftest for vsyscall to verify that the kernel actually
implements what it advertises.

Add the ability to offload PRIO qdisc by using ndo_setup_tc.
There are three commands for PRIO offloading:
* TC_PRIO_REPLACE: handles set and tune
* TC_PRIO_DESTROY: handles qdisc destroy
* TC_PRIO_STATS: updates the qdiscs counters (given as reference)
Like RED qdisc, the indication of whether PRIO is being offloaded is being
set and updated as part of the dump function. It is so because the driver
could decide to offload or not based on the qdisc parent, which could
change without notifying the qdisc.

When a CPU enters an idle lower-power state or is powering off, we
need to mask SDE events so that no events can be delivered while we
are messing with the MMU as the registered entry points won't be valid.
If the system reboots, we want to unregister all events and mask the CPUs.
For kexec this allows us to hand a clean slate to the next kernel
instead of relying on it to call sdei_{private,system}_data_reset().
For hibernate we unregister all events and re-register them on restore,
in case we restored with the SDE code loaded at a different address.
(e.g. KASLR).
Add all the notifiers necessary to do this. We only support shared events
so all events are left registered and enabled over CPU hotplug.

The Software Delegated Exception Interface (SDEI) is an ARM standard
for registering callbacks from the platform firmware into the OS.
This is typically used to implement firmware notifications (such as
firmware-first RAS) or promote an IRQ that has been promoted to a
firmware-assisted NMI.
Add the code for detecting the SDEI version and the framework for
registering and unregistering events. Subsequent patches will add the
arch-specific backend code and the necessary power management hooks.
Only shared events are supported, power management, private events and
discovery for ACPI systems will be added by later patches.

Add injectable error types for each error-injectable function.
One motivation of error injection test is to find software flaws,
mistakes or mis-handlings of expectable errors. If we find such
flaws by the test, that is a program bug, so we need to fix it.
But if the tester miss input the error (e.g. just return success
code without processing anything), it causes unexpected behavior
even if the caller is correctly programmed to handle any errors.
That is not what we want to test by error injection.
To clarify what type of errors the caller must expect for each
injectable function, this introduces injectable error types:
- EI_ETYPE_NULL : means the function will return NULL if it
fails. No ERR_PTR, just a NULL.
- EI_ETYPE_ERRNO : means the function will return -ERRNO
if it fails.
- EI_ETYPE_ERRNO_NULL : means the function will return -ERRNO
(ERR_PTR) or NULL.
ALLOW_ERROR_INJECTION() macro is expanded to get one of
NULL, ERRNO, ERRNO_NULL to record the error type for
each function. e.g.
ALLOW_ERROR_INJECTION(open_ctree, ERRNO)
This error types are shown in debugfs as below.

Since error-injection framework is not limited to be used
by kprobes, nor bpf. Other kernel subsystems can use it
freely for checking safeness of error-injection, e.g.
livepatch, ftrace etc.
So this separate error-injection framework from kprobes.
Some differences has been made:
- "kprobe" word is removed from any APIs/structures.
- BPF_ALLOW_ERROR_INJECTION() is renamed to
ALLOW_ERROR_INJECTION() since it is not limited for BPF too.
- CONFIG_FUNCTION_ERROR_INJECTION is the config item of this
feature. It is automatically enabled if the arch supports
error injection feature for kprobe or ftrace etc.

Unfortunately struct siginfo has holes both in the common part of the
structure, in the union members, and in the lack of padding of the
union members. The result of those wholes is that the C standard does
not guarantee those bits will be initialized. As struct siginfo is
for communication between the kernel and userspace that is a problem.
Add the helper function clear_siginfo that is guaranteed to clear all of
the bits in struct siginfo so when the structure is copied there is no danger
of copying old kernel data and causing a leak of information from kernel
space to userspace.

The savings for copying just part of struct siginfo appears to be in the
noise on modern machines. So remove this ``optimization'' and simplify the code.
At the same time mark the second parameter as constant so there is no confusion
as to which direction the copy will go.
This ensures that a fully initialized siginfo that is sent ends up as
a fully initialized siginfo on the signal queue. This full initialization
ensures even confused code won't copy unitialized data to userspace, and
it prepares for turning copy_siginfo_to_user into a simple copy_to_user.

Some more updates for v4.16, the big things here are the ST DFSDM driver
and the IIO patches required to support that and even more in the
neverending series of code quality improvements for x86, including
Pierre's work to improve the Kconfig. The unused SN95031 driver and
associated board support are also removed, they haven't been buildable
for a considerable time without anyone noticing.
SPHINX build emits multiple warnings of kind:

whether each transform has been keyed, and reject encryption/decryption
if a key is needed but one hasn't been set.
This isn't quite as important as the equivalent fix for the hash API
because AEADs always require a key, so are unlikely to be used without
one. Still, tracking the key will prevent accidental unkeyed use.
algif_aead also had to track the key anyway, so the new flag replaces
that and slightly simplifies the algif_aead implementation.

Currently, almost none of the keyed hash algorithms check whether a key
has been set before proceeding. Some algorithms are okay with this and
will effectively just use a key of all 0's or some other bogus default.
However, others will severely break, as demonstrated using
"hmac(sha3-512-generic)", the unkeyed use of which causes a kernel crash
via a (potentially exploitable) stack buffer overflow.
A while ago, this problem was solved for AF_ALG by pairing each hash
transform with a 'has_key' bool. However, there are still other places
in the kernel where userspace can specify an arbitrary hash algorithm by
name, and the kernel uses it as unkeyed hash without checking whether it
is really unkeyed. Examples of this include:
- KEYCTL_DH_COMPUTE, via the KDF extension
- dm-verity
- dm-crypt, via the ESSIV support
- dm-integrity, via the "internal hash" mode with no key given
- drbd (Distributed Replicated Block Device)
This bug is especially bad for KEYCTL_DH_COMPUTE as that requires no
privileges to call.
Fix the bug for all users by adding a flag CRYPTO_TFM_NEED_KEY to the
->crt_flags of each hash transform that indicates whether the transform
still needs to be keyed or not. Then, make the hash init, import, and
digest functions return -ENOKEY if the key is still needed.
The new flag also replaces the 'has_key' bool which algif_hash was
previously using, thereby simplifying the algif_hash implementation.

We need to consistently enforce that keyed hashes cannot be used without
setting the key. To do this we need a reliable way to determine whether
a given hash algorithm is keyed or not. AF_ALG currently does this by
checking for the presence of a ->setkey() method. However, this is
actually slightly broken because the CRC-32 algorithms implement
->setkey() but can also be used without a key. (The CRC-32 "key" is not
actually a cryptographic key but rather represents the initial state.
If not overridden, then a default initial state is used.)
Prepare to fix this by introducing a flag CRYPTO_ALG_OPTIONAL_KEY which
indicates that the algorithm has a ->setkey() method, but it is not
required to be called. Then set it on all the CRC-32 algorithms.
The same also applies to the Adler-32 implementation in Lustre.
Also, the cryptd and mcryptd templates have to pass through the flag
from their underlying algorithm.

Since Poly1305 requires a nonce per invocation, the Linux kernel
implementations of Poly1305 don't use the crypto API's keying mechanism
and instead expect the key and nonce as the first 32 bytes of the data.
But ->setkey() is still defined as a stub returning an error code. This
prevents Poly1305 from being used through AF_ALG and will also break it
completely once we start enforcing that all crypto API users (not just
AF_ALG) call ->setkey() if present.
Fix it by removing crypto_poly1305_setkey(), leaving ->setkey as NULL.

Templates that use an shash spawn can use crypto_shash_alg_has_setkey()
to determine whether the underlying algorithm requires a key or not.
But there was no corresponding function for ahash spawns. Add it.
Note that the new function actually has to support both shash and ahash
algorithms, since the ahash API can be used with either.

We have been holding back on adding an API for fetching GPIO handles
directly from device nodes, strongly preferring to get it from the
spawn devices instead.
The fwnode interface however already contains an API for doing this,
as it is used for opaque device tree nodes or ACPI nodes for getting
handles to LEDs and keys that use GPIO: those are specified as one
child per LED/key in the device tree and are not individual devices.
However regulators present a special problem as they already have
helper functions to traverse the device tree from a regulator node
and two levels down to fill in data, and as it already traverses
GPIO nodes in its own way, and already holds a pointer to each
regulators device tree node, it makes most sense to export an
API to fetch the GPIO descriptor directly from the node.
We only support the devm_* version for now, hopefully no non-devres
version will be needed.
