b1622cb3be drm/bridge: tfp410: fix use of cancel_delayed_work_sync 
We use delayed_work in HPD handling, and cancel any scheduled work in
tfp410_fini using cancel_delayed_work_sync(). However, we have only
initialized the delayed work if we actually have a HPD interrupt
configured in the DT, but in the tfp410_fini, we always cancel the work,
possibly causing a WARN().

Fix this by doing the cancel only if we actually had the delayed work
set up.

c08f99c390 drm/bridge: tfp410: fix memleak in get_modes() 
We don't free the edid blob allocated by the call to drm_get_edid(),
causing a memleak. Fix this by calling kfree(edid) at the end of the
get_modes().

0eb2766dd6 drm/bridge: ti-tfp410: Set the bus_format 
The TFP410 supports 24 bit, single-edge and 12 bit, dual-edge modes.
Depending on how many wires are used (24/12) the driver can set the correct
bus_format.

If the information is not available in DT then assume 24 bit, single-edge
setup.

897dae5657 drm/bridge: ti-tfp410: Report input bus config through bridge timings 
The TFP410 supports configurable pixel clock sampling edge and data
de-skew adjustments. The configuration can be set through I2C or
dedicated chip pins.

Report the configuration through the drm_bridge timings. As the
ti-tftp410 driver doesn't support configuring the chip through I2C, we
simply use the default configuration in that case. When the chip is
configured through dedicated pins, we parse the configuration from DT.

60b903c3e6 drm/bridge: ti-tfp410: Set connector type based on DT connector node 
The TI TFP410 is a DVI encoder, not a full HDMI encoder. Its output can
be routed to a DVI-D connector, even if in many cases embedded systems
will use an HDMI connector to carry the DVI signals.

Instead of hardcoding the connector type to HDMI, retrieve the connector
type from its DT node.

fcd70cd36b drm: Split out drm_probe_helper.h 
Having the probe helper stuff (which pretty much everyone needs) in
the drm_crtc_helper.h file (which atomic drivers should never need) is
confusing. Split them out.

To make sure I actually achieved the goal here I went through all
drivers. And indeed, all atomic drivers are now free of
drm_crtc_helper.h includes.

v2: Make it compile. There was so much compile fail on arm drivers
that I figured I'll better not include any of the acks on v1.

v3: Massive rebase because i915 has lost a lot of drmP.h includes, but
not all: Through drm_crtc_helper.h > drm_modeset_helper.h -> drmP.h
there was still one, which this patch largely removes. Which means
rolling out lots more includes all over.

This will also conflict with ongoing drmP.h cleanup by others I
expect.

v3: Rebase on top of atomic bochs.

v4: Review from Laurent for bridge/rcar/omap/shmob/core bits:
- (re)move some of the added includes, use the better include files in
  other places (all suggested from Laurent adopted unchanged).
- sort alphabetically

v5: Actually try to sort them, and while at it, sort all the ones I
touch.

7d902c05b4 drm: Nuke drm_atomic_helper_connector_dpms 
It's dead code, the core handles all this directly now.

The only special case is nouveau and tda988x which used one function
for both legacy modeset code and -nv50 atomic world instead of 2
vtables. But amounts to exactly the same.

86418f90a4 drm: convert drivers to use of_graph_get_remote_node 
Convert drivers to use the new of_graph_get_remote_node() helper
instead of parsing the endpoint node and then getting the remote device
node. Now drivers can just specify the device node and which
port/endpoint and get back the connected remote device node. The details
of the graph binding are nicely abstracted into the core OF graph code.

This changes some error messages to debug messages (in the graph core).
Graph connections are often "no connects" depending on the particular
board, so we want to avoid spurious messages. Plus the kernel is not a
DT validator.

f56c9202b5 drm/bridge: ti-tfp410: support hpd via gpio 
On some boards the hpd pin of a hdmi connector is wired up to a gpio
pin. Since in the DRM world the tfp410 driver is responsible for
handling the connector, add support for hpd gpios in this very driver.

dc55ac3b52 drm/bridge: Add ti-tfp410 DVI transmitter driver 
Add very basic ti-tfp410 DVI transmitter driver. The only feature
separating this from a completely dummy bridge is the EDID read
support trough DDC I2C. Even that functionality should be in a
separate generic connector driver. However, because of missing DRM
infrastructure support the connector is implemented within the bridge
driver. Some tfp410 HW specific features may be added later if needed,
because there is a set of registers behind i2c if it is connected.

This implementation is tested against my new tilcdc bridge support
and it works with BeagleBone DVI-D Cape Rev A3. A DT binding document
is also updated.
