c3d02788b4 RDMA/nldev: Provide parent IDs for PD, MR and QP objects
PD, MR and QP objects have parents objects: contexts and PDs.  The exposed
parent IDs allow to correlate various objects and simplify debug
investigation.

517b773e0f RDMA/nldev: Share with user-space object IDs
Give to the user space tools unique identifier for PD, MR, CQ and CM_ID
objects, so they can be able to query on them with .doit callbacks.

QP .doit is not supported yet, till all drivers will be updated to provide
their LQPN to be equal to their restrack ID.

7c77c6a9bf RDMA/restrack: Prepare restrack_root to addition of extra fields per-type
As a preparation to extension of rdma_restrack_root to provide software
IDs, which will be per-type too. We convert the rdma_restrack_root from
struct with arrays to array of structs.

Such conversion allows us to drop rwsem lock in favour of internal XArray
lock.

cleared, so the bit should be inverted.

The board uses AR8031_AL1A PHY where the rx delay is enabled by default,
the tx dealy is disabled.

The reason why rgmii-txid worked because the rx delay was not disabled by
the driver so essentially we ended up with rgmii-id PHY mode.

03d309711d perf test: Fix failure of 'evsel-tp-sched' test on s390
Commit 489338a717 ("perf tests evsel-tp-sched: Fix bitwise operator")
causes test case 14 "Parse sched tracepoints fields" to fail on s390.

This test succeeds on x86.

In fact this test now fails on all architectures with type char treated
as type unsigned char.

The root cause is the signed-ness of character arrays in the tracepoints
sched_switch for structure members prev_comm and next_comm.

On s390 the output of:

reveals the character arrays prev_comm and next_comm are per
default unsigned char and have values in the range of 0..255.

On x86 both fields are signed as this output shows:

char and have values in the range of -1..127.  The implementation of
type char is architecture specific.

Since the character arrays in both tracepoints sched_switch and
sched_wakeup should contain ascii characters, simply omit the check for
signedness in the test case.

2a9e27408e gpio: mockup: rework debugfs interface
Modify the way the debugfs interface works in gpio-mockup. Introduce
the concept of dummy pull config which will keep the mockup lines in
known state. The pull values can be modified by writing to the debugfs
files corresponding to lines. Lines in input mode always report the
current pull value, lines in output mode change the line value but
it will revert back to the one specified by current pull when released.

8d91ecc84d irq/irq_sim: add irq_set_type() callback
Implement the irq_set_type() callback and call irqd_set_trigger_type()
internally so that users interested in the configured trigger type can
later retrieve it using irqd_get_trigger_type(). We only support edge

a5d9265e01 bpf: bpftool, fix documentation for attach types
bpftool has support for attach types "stream_verdict" and
"stream_parser" but the documentation was referring to them as
"skb_verdict" and "skb_parse". The inconsistency comes from commit
b7d3826c2e ("bpf: bpftool, add support for attaching programs to
maps").

This patch changes the documentation to match the implementation:
- "bpftool prog help"
- man pages
- bash completion

c6bebefa2f ASoC: samsung: i2s: Fix multiple "IIS multi" devices initialization
On some SoCs (e.g. Exynos5433) there are multiple "IIS multi audio
interfaces" and the driver will try to register there multiple times
same platform device for the secondary FIFO, which of course fails
miserably.  To fix this we derive the secondary platform device name
from the primary device name. The secondary device name will now
be <primary_dev_name>-sec instead of fixed "samsung-i2s-sec".

The fixed platform_device_id table entry is removed as the secondary
device name is now dynamic and device/driver matching is done through
driver_override.

This fixes unregistration of the secondary platform device so all
resources are properly released.  Additionally the removal sequence
is corrected so it is in reverse order comparing to probe sequence.
The test against NULL priv->pdev_sec is removed as it is not necessary.

c011245a19 ASoC: Intel: Add Geminilake Dialog Maxim machine driver
This patch enables support for GeminiLake with the DA7219 codec and
MAX98357A amplifier. To avoid duplicating code, the existing machine
driver for ApolloLake is reused with only changes in hardware
connectivity (SSP2 for DA7219 and SSP1 for MAX98357A).

The dailinks are directly modified in this patch. Using a helper would
be nicer, but it'll be done in a follow-up step with validation done
across multiple machine drivers.

5fd812e6f5 ASoC: sunxi: sun50i-codec-analog: Rename hpvcc regulator supply to cpvdd
The A64 datasheet lists the supply rail for the headphone amp's charge
pump as "CPVDD". cpvdd-supply is the name of the property for this power
rail specified in the device tree bindings. "HPVCC" was the name used in
the A33 datasheet for the same function.

Rename the supply so it matches the datasheet, bindings, and the subject
from the original commit.

7346195e86 perf report: Don't shadow inlined symbol with different addr range
We can't assume inlined symbols with the same name are equal, because
their address range may be different. This will cause the symbols with
different addresses be shadowed when adding to the hist entry, and lead
to ERANGE error when checking the symbol address during sample parse,
the addr should be within the range of [sym.start, sym.end].

The error message is like: "0x36aea60 [0x8]: failed to process type: 68".

The second parameter of symbol__new() is the length of the fake symbol
for the inline frame, which is the subtraction of the end and start
address of base_sym.

ea7b971cd6 regulator: axp20x: remove a redundant null check on rdev
Currently rdev is dereferenced when assigning desc before rdev is null
checked, this is leading to static analysis warnings.  However, rdev
can never be null, so the null check is redundant and can be removed.

48e6c5acd3 perf tools: Add numa_topology object
Add the numa_topology object to return the list of numa nodes together
with their cpus. It will replace the numa code in header.c and will be
used from 'perf record' in the following patches.

5135d5efcb perf tools: Add cpu_topology object
Make struct cpu_topo global and rename it to 'struct cpu_topology', so
that it can be used from the 'perf record' command in the following
patches.

Add the following interface functions to load/free cpu topology details:

  struct cpu_topology *cpu_topology__new(void);
  void cpu_topology__delete(struct cpu_topology *tp);

Move it to a separate source file cputopo.c together with numa related
object in the following patches.

No functional change, the new interface will be used in upcoming changes.

dc76bb1e12 carl9170: clean up a clamp() call
The parameter order for clamp is supposed to be clamp(value, low, high).
When we write it in this order it's equivalent to
min(head->plcp[3] & 0x7f, 75) which works in this context where the min
is zero.  But it's not a correct use of the API.
