Drop bogus call to usb_driver_release_interface() from an error path in
the usbnet bind() callback, which is called during interface probe. At
this point the interface is not bound and usb_driver_release_interface()
returns early.
Also remove the bogus call to clear the interface data, which is owned
by the usbnet driver and would not even have been set by the time bind()
is called.

Use the ARRAY_SIZE macro on a couple of arrays to determine
size of the arrays. Also fix up alignment to clean up a checkpatch
warning. Improvement suggested by Coccinelle.

The kalmia_send_init_packet() returns zero or a negative return
code, but gcc has no way of knowing that there cannot be a
positive return code, so it determines that copying the ethernet
address at the end of kalmia_bind() will access uninitialized
data:

This warning is harmless, but for consistency, we should make

None of these files are actually using any __init type directives
and hence don't need to include <linux/init.h>. Most are just a
left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to
code getting copied from one driver to the next.
This covers everything under drivers/net except for wireless, which
has been submitted separately.

Make sure that the 'static' keywork is at the beginning of declaration
for drivers/net/usb/kalmia.c
This gets rid of warnings like

when building with -Wold-style-declaration (and/or -Wextra which also
enables it).

Introducing driver for the network port of Samsung Kalmia based USB LTE modems.
It has also an ACM interface that previous patches associates with the "option"
module. To access those interfaces, the modem must first be switched from modem
mode using a tool like usb_modeswitch.
As the proprietary protocol has been discovered by watching the MS Windows driver
behavior, there might be errors in the protocol handling, but stable and fast
connection has been established for hours with Norwegian operator NetCom that
distributes this modem with their LTE/4G subscription.
