8ef808b3f4 x86/asm: Fix register order
commit a92ede2d584a2e070def59c7e47e6b6f6341c55c upstream.

Ensure the register order is correct; this allows for easy translation
between register number and trampoline and vice-versa.

ca3f0d80dd x86: Simplify retpoline declaration
Because of how KSYM works, we need one declaration per line. Seeing
how we're going to be doubling the amount of retpoline symbols,
simplify the machinery in order to avoid having to copy/paste even
more.
