c360228ecf drm/radeon: Fix a missing check bug in radeon_dp_mst_detect()

In radeon_dp_mst_detect(), We should check whether or not @connector
has been unregistered from userspace. If the connector is unregistered,
we should return disconnected status.

9b50c185d2 drm/radeon: fix copy of uninitialized variable back to userspace 
commit 8dbc2ccac5a65c5b57e3070e36a3dc97c7970d96 upstream.

Currently the ioctl command RADEON_INFO_SI_BACKEND_ENABLED_MASK can
copy back uninitialised data in value_tmp that pointer *value points
to. This can occur when rdev->family is less than CHIP_BONAIRE and
less than CHIP_TAHITI.  Fix this by adding in a missing -EINVAL
so that no invalid value is copied back to userspace.

0b988ca1c7 drm/ttm: protect against reentrant bind in the drivers 
This moves the generic tracking into the drivers and protects
against reentrancy in the drivers. It fixes up radeon and agp

707d561f77 drm: allow limiting the scatter list size. 
Add drm_device argument to drm_prime_pages_to_sg(), so we can
call dma_max_mapping_size() to figure the segment size limit
and call into __sg_alloc_table_from_pages() with the correct
limit.

This fixes virtio-gpu with sev.  Possibly it'll fix other bugs
too given that drm seems to totaly ignore segment size limits
so far ...

v2: place max_segment in drm driver not gem object.
v3: move max_segment next to the other gem fields.
v4: just use dma_max_mapping_size().

Asus X50SL.

Turns out we also need to favor lower feedback dividers.

Users confirmed this change fixes the regression and doesn't regress the

be1213a341 drm/ttm: remove TTM_MEMTYPE_FLAG_FIXED v2 
Instead use a boolean field in the memory manager structure.

Also invert the meaning of the field since the use of a TT
structure is the special case here.
