a0b7bd0829 ARM: io: make iounmap() a simple macro 
Defining iounmap() with arguments prevents it from being used as a
function pointer, causing platforms to work around this.  Instead,
define it to be a simple macro.

Do the same for __arch_io(re|un)map too.

32643fe633 [ARM] ixp23xx: mach/io.h doesn't need BUG() anymore 
ixp23xx's mach/io.h claims to need linux/kernel.h for BUG().
However, this header doesn't make use of BUG().

a09e64fbc0 [ARM] Move include/asm-arm/arch-* to arch/arm/*/include/mach 
This just leaves include/asm-arm/plat-* to deal with.
