In the Makefile, ehea_phyp.o is included twice in the list of
object files compile into ehea.o.
This change removes one instance.

xgene_enet_get_ring_size() returns a negative value in case of an error,
but its only caller in xgene_enet_create_desc_ring() currently uses the
return value directly as u32. Instead, check for a negative value first and
error out in case. Also move the call to xgene_enet_get_ring_size() before
devm_kzalloc() so we don't need to free anything in the error path.
This fixes the following issue reported by the Coverity Scanner:

Benjamin Herrenschmidt pointed out that I further missed modifying
update_vsyscall after the wall_to_mono value was changed to a
timespec64. This causes issues on powerpc32, which expects a 32bit
timespec.
This patch fixes the problem by properly converting from a timespec64 to
a timespec before passing the value on to the arch-specific vsyscall
logic.

the hugepage being limited.

The biggest series, also aimed at -stable, is from Aneesh and is the
result of weeks and weeks of debugging to find out why the heck or THP
implementation was occasionally triggering multi-hit errors in our
level 1 TLB. It ended up being a combination of issues including
subtleties as to how we should invalidate those special 'MPSS' pages
we use to allow the use of 16M pages inside 4K/64K "base page size"
segments (you really have to love our MMU !)
Another interesting one in the "OMG" category is the series from
Michael adding memory barriers to spin_is_locked(). That's also the
result of many days of debugging to figure out why the semaphore code
would occasionally crash in ways that made no sense. It ended up
being some creative lock stacking that was defeated by the fact that
our locks allow a load inside the locked section to be re-ordered with
the load of the lock value itself (I'm still of two mind about whether
to kill that once and for all by putting a heavier barrier back into
our lock implementation...). The fixes come with a long explanation
in the cset comments, feel free to read it if you feel like having a
headache today"

In commit 72f98e7255 (locks: turn lock_flocks into a spinlock), we
moved from using the BKL to a global spinlock. With this change, we lost
the ability to block in the fl_release_private operation.
This is problematic for NFS (and probably some other filesystems as
well). Add a new list_head argument to locks_delete_lock. If that
argument is non-NULL, then queue any locks that we want to free to the
list instead of freeing them.
Then, add a new locks_dispose_list function that will walk such a list
and call locks_free_lock on them after the i_lock has been dropped.
Finally, change all of the callers of locks_delete_lock to pass in a
list_head, except for lease_modify. That function can be called long
after the i_lock has been acquired. Deferring the freeing of a lease
after unlocking it in that function is non-trivial until we overhaul
some of the spinlocking in the lease code.
Currently though, no filesystem that sets fl_release_private supports
leases, so this is not currently a problem. We'll eventually want to
make the same change in the lease code, but it needs a lot more work
before we can reasonably do so.

Currently in the case where a new file lock completely replaces the old
one, we end up overwriting the existing lock with the new info. This
means that we have to call fl_release_private inside i_lock. Change the
code to instead copy the info to new_fl, insert that lock into the
correct spot and then delete the old lock. In a later patch, we'll defer
the freeing of the old lock until after the i_lock has been dropped.

If spectral is unregistered after mac80211, the relayfs file has already
been removed recursively by mac/cfg80211, and spectral tries to remove
the file once more, thus leading to double free problems. Better clean
up spectral before to avoid that problem.

Currently rmi_probe will return -EIO if the device doesn't report that it has F11.
This would indicate that something happened and the device is in the bootloader.
We can recover the device using a userspace firmware update tool, but it needs
access to the device through the hidraw device file. If the probe returns -EIO
the hidraw device won't be created. So instead of failing the probe, just print
an error message, but leave the device accessible from userspace.

Conexnat HD-audio driver has a workaround for cx5051 (aka CX20561)
chip to add fake mute controls to each amp (commit 3868137e). This
implies the minimum-as-mute TLV bit in TLV for each corresponding
control. Meanwhile we build the virtual master from these, but the
TLV bit is missing, even though the slaves have it.
This patch simply adds the missing TLV_DB_SCALE_MUTE bit for vmaster,
as already done in patch_sigmatel.c.

I-Frame which is going to be resend already has FCS field added and set
(if it was required). Adding additional FCS field calculated from data +
old FCS in resend function is incorrect. This patch fix that.
Issue has been found during PTS testing.

There is no need to decrease pdu size with L2CAP SDU lenght in Start
L2CAP SDU frame. Start packtet is just 2 bytes longer as specified and
we can keep payload as long as possible.
When testing SAR L2CAP against PTS, L2CAP channel is usually configured
in that way, that SDU = MPS * 3. PTS expets then 3 I-Frames from IUT: Start,
Continuation and End frame.
Without this fix, we sent 4 I-Frames. We could pass a test by using -b
option in l2test and send just two bytes less than SDU length. With this
patch no need to use -b option.

to make the name look less typedef-like.

The smp_distribute_keys() function calls smp_notify_keys() which in turn
calls l2cap_conn_update_id_addr(). The l2cap_conn_update_id_addr()
function will iterate through all L2CAP channels for the respective
connection: lock the channel, update the address information and unlock
the channel.
Since SMP is now using l2cap_chan callbacks each callback is called with
the channel lock held. Therefore, calling l2cap_conn_update_id_addr()
would cause a deadlock calling l2cap_chan_lock() on the SMP channel.
This patch moves calling smp_distribute_keys() through a workqueue so
that it is never called from an L2CAP channel callback.

All places needing to cancel the security timer also call
smp_chan_destroy() in the same go. To eliminate the need to do these two
calls in multiple places simply move the timer cancellation into
smp_chan_destroy().
