Oliver Neukum	b4ecda3e96	Input: yealink - reliably kill urbs ... Yealink uses two URBs that submit each other. This arrangement cannot be reliably killed with usb_kill_urb() alone, as there's a window during which the wrong URB may be killed. The fix is to introduce a flag. Jiri Slaby	7b19ada2ed	get rid of input BIT* duplicate defines ... get rid of input BIT* duplicate defines use newly global defined macros for input layer. Also remove includes of input.h from non-input sources only for BIT macro definiton. Define the macro temporarily in local manner, all those local definitons will be removed further in this patchset (to not break bisecting).
