203b400ee2 mtd: nand: correct documentation for NAND_ECC_HW8_512 
The documentation for this parameter said "6 bytes" when "8 bytes" was
intended; correct it.

93db446a42 mtd: nand: move raw NAND related code to the raw/ subdir 
As part of the process of sharing more code between different NAND
based devices, we need to move all raw NAND related code to the raw/
subdirectory.

d4092d76a4 mtd: nand: Rename nand.h into rawnand.h 
We are planning to share more code between different NAND based
devices (SPI NAND, OneNAND and raw NANDs), but before doing that
we need to move the existing include/linux/mtd/nand.h file into
include/linux/mtd/rawnand.h so we can later create a nand.h header
containing all common structure and function prototypes.

visually better when reading as a text file.

While here, replace:
	ored (with means "Covered or adorned with ore or metal")
by:
	OR-ed

To reflect its true meaning.

609f212f6a docs-rst: convert mtdnand book to ReST 
Use pandoc to convert documentation to ReST by calling
Documentation/sphinx/tmplcvt script.

The tables were manually adjusted to fit into 80 columns.
