Add a new driver for the USB 3.0 PHY on Exynos5 series of SoCs.
The new driver uses the generic PHY framework and will interact
with DWC3 controller present on Exynos5 series of SoCs.
Also, created a new header file in linux/mfd/syscon/ for
Exynos5 SoCs and put the required PMU offset definitions
for the basic available PHYs.

Add mx6 hdmi transmitter support.

Add imx6sl iomux-gpr register field define in "imx6q-iomuxc-gpr.h" header
file, which is not fully define all iomux-gpr registers and fields, only
add fec related macro define.

Pull ARM SoC fixes from Olof Johansson:
"This is a largeish batch of fixes, mostly because I missed -rc2 due to
travel/vacation. So in number these are a bit more than ideal unless
you amortize them over two -rcs.
Quick breakdown:
- Defconfig updates
- Making multi_v7_defconfig useful on more hardware to encourage
single-image usage
- Davinci and nomadik updates due to new code merged this merge
window
- Fixes for UART on Samsung platforms, both PM and clock-related
- A handful of warning fixes from defconfig builds, including for
max8925 backlight and pxamci (both with appropriate acks)
- Exynos5440 fixes for LPAE configuration, PM
- ...plus a bunch of other smaller changes all over the place
I expect to switch to regressions-or-severe-bugs-only fixes from here
on out"

This patch adds support for SYSCON driver for CLPS711X targets.
At this time there are no users for this driver, but it is will
be used as start point to use in CLPS711X drivers and remove
<mach/xx> dependencies.
