Jayachandran C	f9fab7e4ed	MIPS: Netlogic: Fix uniprocessor compilation ... The macros in topology.h need CONFIG_SMP, and the uniprocessor compilation fails due to this. Wrap the macros in an ifdef so that uniprocessor works.
