0ffbf8bf21 Revert "appletalk: move to staging"
This reverts commit a6238f2173

Appletalk got some patches to fix up the BLK usage in it in the
network tree, so this removal isn't needed.

a6238f2173 appletalk: move to staging
For all I know, Appletalk is dead, the only reasonable
use right now would be nostalgia, and that can be served
well enough by old kernels. The code is largely not
in a bad shape, but it still uses the big kernel lock,
and nobody seems motivated to change that.

FWIW, the last release of MacOS that supported Appletalk
was MacOS X 10.5, made in 2007, and it has been abandoned
by Apple with 10.6. Using TCP/IP instead of Appletalk has
been supported since MacOS 7.6, which was released in
1997 and is able to run on most of the legacy hardware.

9c70220b73 [SK_BUFF]: Introduce skb_transport_header(skb)
For the places where we need a pointer to the transport header, it is
still legal to touch skb->h.raw directly if just adding to,
subtracting from or setting it to another layer header.

540473208f [PATCH] mark struct file_operations const 1
Many struct file_operations in the kernel can be "const". Marking them const
moves these to the .rodata section, which avoids false sharing with potential
dirty data. In addition it'll catch accidental writes at compile time to
these shared resources.

6a878184c2 [PATCH] Eliminate __attribute__ ((packed)) warnings for gcc-4.1
Since version 4.1 the gcc is warning about ignored attributes. This patch is
using the equivalent attribute on the struct instead of on each of the
structure or union members.

GCC Manual:
  "Specifying Attributes of Types

   packed
This attribute, attached to struct or union type definition, specifies
    that
each member of the structure or union is placed to minimize the memory
required. When attached to an enum definition, it indicates that the
smallest integral type should be used.

Specifying this attribute for struct and union types is equivalent to
specifying the packed attribute on each of the structure or union
    members."

32e9e25ef2 [ATALK]: Include asm/byteorder.h in linux/atalk.h
We're using __be16 in userland visible types, so we
have to include asm/byteorder.h so that works.

9f3786dc8b [PATCH] Fix linux/atalk.h header
This recently got changed to include a lot of kernel internal stuff in the
non-__KERNEL__ area of the header, which isn't so kosher and breaks libc
builds.

The fix is pretty simple.

1da177e4c3 Linux-2.6.12-rc2
Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
