microblaze: Fix IRQ entry/exit ftracing

Function traces on Microblaze don't include IRQ entry and exit arrows,
i.e.

 0)               |                            memcpy_toiovec() {

 0)               |                              do_IRQ() {
 ...

...because do_IRQ() doesn't have the proper attributes.
