Merge tag 'dma-mapping-5.2' of git://git.infradead.org/users/hch/dma-mapping

Pull DMA mapping updates from Christoph Hellwig:

 - remove the already broken support for NULL dev arguments to the DMA
   API calls

 - Kconfig tidyups
