ALSA: platform: Check CONFIG_PM_SLEEP instead of CONFIG_PM

SIMPLE_DEV_PM_OPS() ignores the given functions, and this leads to
compile warnings.

For avoiding this, simply check CONFIG_PM_SLEEP instead of CONFIG_PM.
