[S390] Replace ENOTSUPP usage with EOPNOTSUPP

Browse Source 
ENOTSUPP is not supposed to leak to userspace so lets just use
EOPNOTSUPP everywhere.
Doesn't fix a bug, but makes future reviews easier.
