xfs: Nuke XFS_ERROR macro

Just nuke XFS_ERROR and associated bits. Signed-off-by: Eric Sandeen <sandeen@redhat.com> Reviewed-by: Dave Chinner <dchinner@redhat.com> Signed-off-by: Dave Chinner <david@fromorbit.com>
