fs/hfsplus: move xattr_name allocation in hfsplus_getxattr()

Browse Source 
security/trusted/user/osx getxattr did the same
xattr_name initialization. Move that operation in hfsplus_getxattr().

Tested with security/trusted/user getfattr/setfattr
