qeth: OSA version of SETBRIDGEPORT command

OSA Ethernet hardware is introducing BRIDGEPORT functionality
similar (but not identical) to HiperSockets BRIDGEPORT. This
patch makes HiperSockets BRIDGEPORT related sysfs attributes
and udev events work with OSA hardware too.
