rxrpc: Replace conn->trans->{local,peer} with conn->params.{local,peer}

Replace accesses of conn->trans->{local,peer} with
conn->params.{local,peer} thus making it easier for a future commit to
remove the rxrpc_transport struct.

This also reduces the number of memory accesses involved.
