xfs: reverse the polarity of XFS_MOUNT_COMPAT_IOSIZE

Browse Source 
Replace XFS_MOUNT_COMPAT_IOSIZE with an inverted XFS_MOUNT_LARGEIO flag
that makes the usage more clear.
