tracing/hrtimer: Print the hrtimer mode in the 'hrtimer_start' tracepoint
The 'hrtimer_start' tracepoint lacks the mode information. The mode is important because consecutive starts can switch from ABS to REL or from PINNED to non PINNED. Append the mode field.
