Pull power management fixes from Rafael Wysocki:
 "These fix up recently added features (the Kryo cpufreq driver and

     in the intel_pstate driver (Rafael Wysocki).

   - Fix incorrect sysfs path in the intel_pstate driver documentation
     (Rafael Wysocki)"
