ARM: EXYNOS: remove the MMC_CAP2_BROKEN_VOLTAGE

According to commit 421fc8e70079 ("mmc: core: Replace MMC_CAP2_BROKEN_VOLTAGE
with test for fixed regulator"), we don't need to set MMC_CAP2_BROKEN_VOLTAGE.
