Pull kgdb/kdb updates from Jason Wessel:
 "KGDB/KDB New:
   - KDB: improved searching
   - No longer enter debug core on panic if panic timeout is set

   - fix pdf doc build errors
   - prevent junk characters on kdb console from printk levels"
