DMA: shdma: remove private and unused defines from a global header

Some other macros aren't used at all, remove them. Signed-off-by: Guennadi Liakhovetski <g.liakhovetski+renesas@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Vinod Koul <vinod.koul@intel.com>
