ARM: imx: eliminate macro IRQ_GPIOx()

This patch changes all the static gpio irq number assigning with
IRQ_GPIOA() ... IRQ_GPIOF() to run-time assigning with gpio_to_irq
call, and in turn eliminates these macros.
