ath9k_hw: inform ANI calibration when scanning

This is essentially what one of the things thenew ANI does. Signed-off-by: Luis R. Rodriguez <lrodriguez@atheros.com> Signed-off-by: John W. Linville <linville@tuxdriver.com>
