Fixed up trivial conflicts in
 - drivers/mtd/maps/integrator-flash.c: removed in ARM tree
 - drivers/mtd/maps/physmap.c: addition of afs partition probe type
   clashing with removal of CONFIG_MTD_PARTITIONS
