ide: remove atapi_error_t (take 2)

Remove atapi_error_t.

While at it:
* replace 'HWIF(drive)' by 'drive->hwif'

v2:
* Add {ILI,EOM,LFS}_ERR defines to <linux/hdreg.h>.
