SUNRPC: Introduce trace points in rpc_auth_gss.ko

Add infrastructure for trace points in the RPC_AUTH_GSS kernel
module, and add a few sample trace points. These report exceptional
or unexpected events, and observe the assignment of GSS sequence
numbers.
