ARM: S3C64XX: Add support for Compact Flash driver on SMDK6410

Following is added for the CF-ATA driver:
	- Platform data strucure instantiation
	- Platform device enabling code
	- Addition of cfcon clock
	- Platform-specific gpio setup code
