perf symbols: Introduce DSO__NAME_KALLSYMS and DSO__NAME_KCORE

Browse Source 
Instead of using a raw string, use DSO__NAME_KALLSYMS and
DSO__NAME_KCORE macros for kallsyms and kcore.
