[PATCH] x86_64: Remove obsolete ARCH_HAS_ATOMIC_UNSIGNED and page_flags_t

Browse Source 
Has been introduced for x86-64 at some point to save memory
in struct page, but has been obsolete for some time. Just
remove it.
