Kai Liu f744f6a4e7 qcacmn: Use default seek for memdump lseek 
Kernel change d4455fa 'proc: mandate ->proc_lseek in "struct proc_ops"'
by default use proc_lseek for file operations without any check, so add
default_llseek for all proc ops.
