When vht cap indicates the vht max MPDU size >= 7991 supported, ht cap A-MSDU length field should indicate 7935 octets supported according to 80211 specification. At present no WMI HT cap defined for ht cap A-MSDU length field from target. Fix the issue by override ht amsdu len to 1 if vht max mpdu len >= 7991 supported by target.
