If more than MAX_NUM_CHAN_PER_WMI_CMD are present, wmi buffer size can exceed the maximum allocated buffer size. So iterate over the channel list, and send multiple messages till channel list is empty. Also check if 6 ghz channel is a PSC channel and mark channel flag accordingly.
