Define QCA vendor attributes to dynamically configure TX NSS and RX NSS
to be used with QCA_NL80211_VENDOR_SUBCMD_SET_WIFI_CONFIGURATION and
QCA_NL80211_VENDOR_SUBCMD_GET_WIFI_CONFIGURATION commands.
