Disable monitor mode on sdx65, it will save 5MB buf,
and improve iperf performance.
Disable WIFI_MONITOR_SUPPORT for pdev/vdev/peer do
nothing of monitor mode.
Enable MONITOR_MODULARIZED_ENABLE for monitor_soc
attach do nothing.
Disable QCA_MONITOR_PKT_SUPPORT for monitor ring
which are not initialized in dp_queue_mon_ring_stats.
