Amruta Kulkarni c8c0eee515 qcacmn: Fix compilation errors in IF mgr ...

- Fix compilation errors seen after correcting Kbuild typo.
- Add debug logs in Interface mgr api's.
- Update disconnect functions to have correctly typed parameters.
