Fix few missing attribute in below connectivity events:
QCA_WLAN_VENDOR_DIAG_EVENT_TYPE_EAP_RESPONSE
QCA_WLAN_VENDOR_DIAG_EVENT_TYPE_ROAM_SCORE_CURR_AP

Also send the roam candidate info properly to userspace.
